We left Victoria BC, Canada on August 17th of this year.  Through many trials and tribulations, including 3 thrown belts and record heat temperatures across the nation; we have continued to travel towards our final destination of Tampa Florida.

One thing we did not count on was the immediate lack of high speed connection to not only the world as a whole, but to our loyal internet viewers for Sunday and listeners for Wednesday.  Try as we might and with every intention to do so, we have been unable to upload a single episode of Indie Interstate.

This set back that we’ve unexpectedly come across is not major, at least for us, right now our major set back is losing a day of travel and having no air conditioning until we stop and plug in each night.  There is content to be had, there will be episodes, there will be shows and podcasts and the continuation of Indie Intertube as you know it within the coming week.

The main reason behind this post is to let everyone know what is going on and why anyone who has followed us this far hasn’t seen anything aside from posts on Facebook or Twitter.   If nothing else it is to apologize for not bringing you content, and in turn it is to say thank you for any and all thoughts sent our way as we make this 3000 plus mile journey.

Ironically enough we may now have to stick out another day away from Florida due to the tropical storm/hurricane that is slowly working its way into the gulf with the very high possibility of hitting the Tampa Bay area.  Regardless of whatever happens with the weather… we’re making this journey.  It started out as this cross country adventure with all these incredible expectations of fun and silliness and has turned out to be something even greater than we ever expected.

We hope that you will join us for this journey of Indie Interstate when we are much more capable of bringing it to you in full and that you will continue on the journey set forth before us that we began 3 years ago with Indie Intertube.

Despite the attempts from the Universe to detour the ENTIRE compliment of this production, James Fernandez has confirmed there will indeed be a third season of Vampirism Bites   Thirteen episodes starting on September 5th.
